Due to the nature of this retreat, all itineraries, accommodations, transportation, drivers, tailors, and activities are booked and paid for in advance. As a result, all bookings are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No date changes or transfers are permitted once a booking is confirmed.
Because this is a fixed-date retreat with limited availability and pre-scheduled services, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon bookingto protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, delays, or personal emergencies.
